Note: The prices at our online shop do include GST. Postage is calculated at the Checkout. GST (Goods and Services Tax) does not apply to overseas orders.How to pay?
We accept the following payment methods:
Internet Orders : Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit
Phone and Fax : Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, Money Order, or COD
Please note that for Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Bank Deposit, the order will be dispatched only after payments have been cleared.
Direct Bank Deposit
If you transfer the money via internet banking please put your product name and surname as the description. If paying at your local bank please make sure the product name is inserted into their special number field. Then email us the receipt copy with your details and the product name with your delivery address.
Store: Cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard
Note: Credit Card surcharge is 1.5% and PayPal is 3% - this fee is charged by bank or by PayPal and we are passing this cost on you. On Eftpos (from your cheque or savings account) purchase there is a small fee from bank, however we are happy to absorb the cost.How long does the shipment take?
Usually the order is dispatched within 24 hours after the payment have been cleared.
We use the service of Australia Post. The delivery time depends on what service you choose and your location. Visit Australia Post website for more information.
Local and capital cities are delivered in the next 1-2 days, country can take up to a week, the overseas orders up to 10 daysHow much is the shipping cost?
Australia - The shipping cost is flat rate AU$16.50 to anywhere in Australia, for small items can be free or as little as $1.00 - ask
Overseas destinations - contact us for a quoteReturn and Refund:
- First thing to do is for you to document the fault as best you can, take pictures and call us
- We may ask you to email us the pictures of the damaged goods
- Do not send in or return the goods without our approval
- Once received we will check the goods for faults. If found faulty a replacement will be issued within a reasonable amount of time and you will be notified with the outcome
- We do not usually refund money because you changed your mind, however give us a call we may be able to help you
